One of our Core Values is everyone involved, so it’s not surprising that the 4,375 people of CMC are the ministry team, the ones doing the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12). The staff members are key leaders who work with and coordinate the involvement of hundreds of incredible volunteers. Their role isn’t so much to “do” it but, working together with others, “see it gets done."
